Pitha festival week begins in Kishoreganj

The kishoreganj ‘s women Chamber of Commerce and Industries including Kishoreganj Chamber arranged a ‘ Pitha. (Cake) festival week in Kishoreganj at Chamber Office (Zaman Building) premises on Friday.
Police Super (SP) in Kishoreganj Mohammad Rasel Sheikh PPM (Bar) fomaly inaugurates the Pitha festival week, while women chamber Senior Vice president Selina Khakoli presided over the programme.
Additional SP (Admin & Finance) Mustaque Sarker, Chamber president Mujibur Rahman Belal and Mohila Awami League district secretary and CAB vice president Bilkis Begum were special guests.
At least 50 stalls offering various kinds of traditional rice cakes that are made in this season [winter].
Everyday, the festival will be open from 3 to 8 pm.
