Mirza Fakhrul and Mirza Abbas hospitalised

BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir and the party’s Standing Committee Member Mirza Abbas have been admitted to Evercare Hospital in the capital on Sunday.
“Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir was admitted to the hospital on Sunday morning for medical check-up as he was in jail for around one month. At that time, he fell sick,” said the party Chairperson’s media wing Member Shayrul Kabir Khan.
On the other hand, Mirza Abbas also was admitted to the same hospital in the afternoon.
“Mirza Abbas was admitted to the hospital after he fall sick. He was suffering from cold-related sickness, coughing like irregular heartbeats and other complications, said Shamsuddin Didar, Member of the party
Chairperson’s media wing.
Both the BNP leaders were shown arrested on December 9 in a case filed with Paltan Police Station. Later on January 3, the High Court granted their six-month bail in the case and were released from jail on January 9.
