Workshop on Right to information held at IU

A day-long Training workshop on Right to Information was held at Islamic University (IU) in Kushtia on Sunday. IU Right to Information Act implementation committee organized the ceremony at the conference room of the university administrative building around 10:00am.
IU Pro vice chancellor Professor Dr Mahbubur Rahman addressed the event as the chief guest while treasurer Professor Dr Alamgir Hossain Bhuiyan spoke as the special guest presided over by Professor Dr Shahadat Hossain Azad, convener of Right to Information implementation committee.
IU registrar in-charge H M Ali Hasan was present at the programme as the guest of honor while Dr Amanur Rahman, director (in-charge) of Information, Publication and Public Relation office, delivered his welcomed speech conducted by its deputy registrar M Rajibul Islam.
Around 60 teachers and chief of the different offices participate here while Dr Waliur Rahman was present as the resource person.
