Manik, Shahin get IFAJ fellowship

Two journalists–Manik Muntasir, Senior Reporter of Bangladesh Pratidin and Shahanuare Shaid Shahin, Senior Reporter of Kalerkantha-have got fellowship of the International Federation of Agricultural Journalist (IFAJ) for their contribution to the agri-economics journalism.
Leena Johanson, IFAJ President and eminent journalist, handed over the fellowship at MCH at Harning in Denmark recently.
The representatives of 51 countries and the fellows have participated in the Europe’s largest agricultural technology exhibition, which is held in Denmark every two years.
The exhibition was inaugurated by the ambassador of Ukraine to Denmark, Mikhail Vidonik and the head of the organizing committee and the chairman of Agromac Sten Andersen gave a welcome speech.
This fellowship has been given to selected agricultural economics journalists from Asia, Europe, America, Africa and Australia.
