CMCH faces Radiographer shortage

The third floor of the hospital is the Radiology and Imaging Department. Patients who come to the hospital are diagnosed with various parts located in the department. The medical technologists or radiographers are managed by which.
But only 8 X-ray machines in the department operate continuously from morning to noon, only 3 radiographers! Due to which patients have to wait a long time, the radiographers have to eat the service. Finding the reason for operating so many machines with only 3 people, it was learned that not only the manpower crisis in the X-ray machine, but half of the manpower needed to operate other machines in the department, there is no manpower in the large government hospital.

Radiographers are serving only one -fourth of the demand with the manpower.
According to the findings, on average, more than seven hundred X-rays are done in several hospitals every day. In addition, hundreds of ultrasounds and OPGs or dental X-rays, more than half a hundred CT scans and MRI are regular in the hospital. Medical technologists or radiographers conduct all the tests. But there are not enough radiographers for operating these machines in three shifts.
