Nijhum Rubina delighted to work with Abul Hayat

Promising actress Nijhum Rubina is delighted to work with Ekushey Padak winning noted actor and director Abul Hayat in a drama serial titled ‘Family Distance.’ Abul Hayat informed that after his birthday, he acted in this drama
serial after a long time break from acting. Shooting of the serial began at a shooting house in the capital’s Uttara area. Nijhum Rubina is playing the role of daughter of Abul Hayat in the serial. Abul Hayat took part in the shooting of the serial on Sunday and Monday at a time. On the other hand, Nijhum Rubina also took part in the shooting for last three days. Directed by Hasan Jahangir, he has also written script of the drama serial.
While talking about acting in the drama serial, Abul Hayat told this correspondent, “Now I am not regularly acting in television drama. In the meantime, there is little bit scope for the senior artistes to work in dramas now. However, somebody wants to cast senior artistes and also creating characters for us to act in their projects. I have seen such kind of initiative in Hasan Jahangir and story of this drama revolves with my character. For this reason, despite having scorching heat I took part in the shooting of the drama having keen interest. Nijhum Rubina played the role of my elder daughter in the serial. Hasan Jahangir is trying to give his level best effort to make the drama a nice work. Now we have to wait to watch the drama serial.”
Nijhum Rubina shared her feelings by this way, “It was a great luck for me to get the opportunity to work with Abul Hayat Sir in the drama serial. He is a living legend in the country’s drama arena. It was a great achievement for me to get the scope to share the screen with him. During shooting, she loved me, taught me how to do acting in front of the camera and also how to delivery dialogues properly. In the drama series, my character is Nijhum. From the first time, I acted in a drama serial.”
