School banking account fair held in C’nawabganj

BSS, Chapainawabganj :
A fair for opening school banking account aimed at motivating school children to deposit money was held on Hatbakoil Green View Ideal School premises under Nezampur union of Nachole upazila of the district on Tuesday.
Hatbakoil branch of Rajshahi Krishi Unnayan Bank (RAKUB) organised the fair.
On the occasion, a function was also held with head teacher of the school Abdul Hye in the chair.
The function was addressed, among others, by Chapainawabganj zonal manager of RAKUB Rafiqul Alam Chowdhury, manager of Nezampur branch of RAKUB Ashraful Islam and journalist Imran Faruk Masum.
The speakers underlined the importance of raising habit among school children to deposit the money by opening an account in the bank for their future.
