Shooting of their new movie to start in 2022

Director Zahid Hossain will make his new movie Kanagoli from upcoming year, 2022. Member In-charge (Administration) of Bangladesh Film Club Ltd Mahmudul Haque Palash will produce the film under the banner of Palash Cine Production. Noted lyricist of the subcontinent Gazi Mazharul Anwar will write lyrics of two main songs of the film. While talking in this regard Gazi Mazharul Anwar said, “I have already informed about the story of the film Kanagoli. I have liked its story.
I hope I will be able to give two songs of the movie to its director Zahid in scheduled time. I believe viewers will
enjoy the film Kanagoli.”
Omar Sani will play an important role in this movie. He shared his feelings by this way, “Few days ago, I acted in Zahid Hossain’s movie Sonar Chor. This time I will work in his Kanagoli movie.
It will become a new experience for me to act in this film. However, I am very much optimistic about this movie.”
Director Zahid Hossain himself wrote story, script and dialogues of Kanagoli which story portrays scenarios of social and country perspectives during 2020-2021 corona period. Socio-cultural
activities of Old Dhaka will be
presented in the film.
