Tasnim Anika busy with song composition

Tasnim Anika has already won the hearts of many music-lovers by virtue of her melodious voice. In the field of stage show, in her five-year professional career in music, Anika
has already created her demand among the audience. As a singer, she has also demand in corporate shows. For this
reason, during the season of stage shows, she remains busy. Few days ago, Anika rendered legendary singer of the
Subcontinent Runa Laila’s popular song titled Ekhonto somoy bhalobasar and also released it on her Facebook page.
After releasing the song, Anika’s rendering style got
appreciation from the music-lovers.
Last year on Friendship Day, Puja rendered a song titled Bondhu, which lyrics and tunes were composed by Tasnim Anika. Anika released the song on her self-titled YouTube channel. Anika got inspiration for the song from her close ones. Later, she concentrated to write lyrics and also to compose music for new songs. Anika informed that during corona pandemic, she has composed four songs including Babui Pakhi and Mon. She wants to release these songs on her YouTube channel soon. While talking about her self-composed songs Tasnim Anika said, “Basically I got interest to compose these songs during last year when lockdown started due to corona pandemic. The song Bondhu released on Friendship Day was my first creation. I got huge inspiration from my close ones. For this reason, I felt more interest to compose more songs. I personally like Tagore songs. But Runa Laila Madam and Sabina Yasmin Madam’s songs inspire me a lot. I have passed only five years in the field of music but I got huge admiration from the listeners. As a singer, I am satisfied about my career. Now music shows me a great dream.”
Tasnim Anika’s father Moinuddin Ahmed was a vocalist of Chattogram’s band group, Jamming. Basically father gives inspiration to her to come into music. She first lent her voice for play-back song titled Jole bhasha phool for Shakib Khan-starrer movie Nolok. Therefore, she also lent her voice for several other films including Iftekhar Chowdhury’s London Love. In 2012, Tasnim Anika was top 10 contestants in music related popular reality show Power Voice.
