OBL joins GPI service

ONE Bank Limited has joined SWIFT’s Global Payments Innovation (GPI) service on Sunday as the first bank among all private and state owned banks in the country. Global Payments Innovation (GPI) is a value added service of SWIFT to improve customer experience in cross-border payment by increasing their speed, transparency and end-to-end tracking, said a press release.
This subscription of the bank to GPI will facilitate in meeting client’s requirement of speed, transparency and traceability of cross-border payments for customer credit transfer.
