PICL declared 12pc cash dividend

Phoenix Insurance Company Limited declared 12 per cent cash dividend to the shareholders for the year 2019. The decision was taken at 34th Annual General Meeting of the company held on Wednesday through digital platform, said a press release.
The meeting was presided over by the Chairman of the company Mohammed Shoeb.
Directors Mazharul Haque, Aziz Al-Mahmood, MA Majid, Mohammed Haider Ali, Dr. Sharmin Sultana, Manzoorul Haque, Badruddoza Mannan, Sadia Anjum Siddique, Md Faizur Rahman, Nabiha Yesmeen, Managing Director Md Jamirul Islam and company During the year 2019 the company earned a total premium of Tk. 78.06 crore and pre tax profit of Tk. 11.53 crore.
