The closing ceremony of a three-day long conference titled “BUP International Model United Nations Conference 2019″organized by Faculty of Security and Strategic Studies of Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP) and BUP Global Affairs Council in cooperation with Unilever Bangladesh was held Saturday at Bijoy Auditorium of BUP. The conference was conducted by BUP Global Affairs Council.
In the closing ceremony of the conference, former Foreign Secretary Md. Touhid Hossain was present as chief guest while Pro-Vice Chancellor of BUP Prof M Abul Kashem Mozumder, PhD was present as special guest. The conference ended with the vote of thanks by the Dean, Faculty of Security and Strategic Studies, Brigadier General Md Siddiqul Alam Sikder, BSP, ndc, psc. In the BUP International Model United Nation Conference 2019, about 400 representatives from various schools, colleges and universities of Bangladesh and from 25 different countries participated in the program. The main theme of the conference was ‘Combating Post Humanitarian Crisis and Ensuring Sustainable Initiative for Repatriation’.
Besides, BUP High Officials, representative from different universities, invited Guests, Teachers, Officers and Students had attended in the concluding ceremony.
