Murder case against jailor dismissed

Chittagong Bureau :
A court in Chittagong acquitted 9 accused including jailor Nesar Alam Mukul of chittagong jail by dismissing the murder case of prisoner Md. Zakir Hossain .
Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Md. Mashiur Rahman Chowdhury in a order dismissed the case against 9 persons including jailor Nesar Alam.
 Younger brother of victim Zakir Hossain filed a murder case against them before the CMM court on June 8 last. Prisoner Zakir Hossain died of hanging inside the jail premises in June last ‘Counsel of the plaintiff Advocate Abdur Rashid told that the post mortem report of the Chittagong Medical College Hospital indicates the sign of committing suicide not any any injury or otherwise and hence Judge of the court dismissed the suit.
