Alauddin Ali returns home from hospital

Noted musician, composer and director Alauddin Ali returned to his residence from hospital on April 8. Ailing musician was admitted at capital’s Universal Medical College and Hospital for two and half months. Managing Director of the hospital Dr Ashish Chakraborty informed this at a press conference yesterday. Wife of Alauddin Ali Farzana Alauddin Mimi and his daughter Adrita Alauddin Rajnonnya were also present there on the occasion.
It is noted that Alauddin Ali admitted into the hospital’s Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at night on January 22 with high respiratory related complications, cough and fever. He has been suffering from lung cancer. Later when his condition deteriorated he was given to life support. Now he is well. Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina also gave financial support for his treatment.
