Wife dies, husband injured as thunderbolt hits them in Jhenidah

 Wife died and husband has been fighting for life at Sailkupa upazila health complex when they were hit by the thunder strike on Sunday evening.
The deceased was identified as Sathi Khatun, 22, wife of Shamsuddin Seikh of Dhalaharachandra village under Sailkupa upazila in Jhenidah.
Relatives of Sathi Khatun said, both Shamsuddin and Sathi were procuring egg plants from their plot at about 6.30 PM on Sunday evening at around 7:00 pm. Both of them sustained thunder strike attack during the time.
They were rushed to Sailkupa upazila health complex.
The on duty physicians declared Sathi Khatun dead.
