Minister for Housing and Public Works Engr. Mosharraf Hossain said Bangladesh will be established as a developed country by 2041 under the dynamic leadership of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina . To achieve the goal of the Prime Minister, all leaders, workers, well-wishers of Awami league should work unitedly . He mentioned the country is now more advanced than the period of BNP regime in 2001 and BNP has destroyed the economy of the country in that periods.
The minister disclosed it while addressing the condolence meeting of former Upazila Awami league President Alhaj Shafiqul Islam Chowdhury Baby held at AKM Fazlul Kabir chowdhury Auditorium at Raozan upazila Complex on Friday afternoon as chief guest. Shafiqul Islam Chowdhury expired on October 27 last .
The chief guest in his deliberations said Shafiqul Islam Baby was the symbol of ideal politician and he always dreamed about the development of Roazan which is being implemented in phases by the dynamic leadership of ABM Fazle Karim Chowdhury MP . He advised the leaders and workers of Awami league of Raozan upazila to follow the path of the expired leader Baby Chowdhury. Chairman of the parliamentary standing committee of the Ministry of Railways ABM Fazle Karim chowdhury MP presided the condolence meet . Raozan upazila AL, Jubo league and Chatra league organized the condolence meeting , a sources said. President of North distsrict unit of AL Nurul Alam, chairman of Raozan upazila Parishad AKM Ehsanul Haider Chowdhury Babul, AL leader Abdul Wahab were present in it as special guests.
The Minister also addressed a separate meeting held at upazila AL office , a local sources said.
