Fire guts Sulphur, Rock-Phosphate in Ctg fertilizer factory

BSS, Chittagong :

A fire gutted raw materials of fertilizer inside TSP fertilizer factory godown in the city’s Patenga area last night.
The raw materials-old Sulphur and Rock-Phosphate of Triple Super Phosphate (TSP)-were burnt to ashes.
Fire Brigade sources said the fire originated from an electric short circuit inside the godown last night and it soon engulfed the area.
Firemen with the help of factory workers extinguished the flame.
