University Cricket: Southern University beat Premier University by 15 runs

Southern University earned a 15-run victory over Premier University in the Dakhina Inter-University T20 Cricket at Women’s Complex ground here on Saturday.
Batting first, Southern University were all out for 123 runs in stipulated 20 overs with Ratan Das making 30, Tarek Aziz 25 and Tanmoy 21 runs.
Pranoy grabbed four wickets conceding four runs while Nayeem took two for two runs.
In reply, Premier University were bowled out for 108 runs in 18.2 overs with Fahad scoring 33 runs.
Tarek, Tanmoy and Kamrul claimed two wickets each.
In the day’s other match at the same venue, East Delta University beat Port City University by five wickets.
Port City University batted first and were bundled out for 37 runs in 14.3 overs with Raju making 21 runs.
Rakib picked up three wickets while Sami, Tahlil and Zuher took two wickets each.
In reply, East Delta University reached their target scoring the match- winner 38 runs for 5 in 12.1 overs with Sami contributing 15 and Tahlil 13 runs.
Hedayet captured two wickets while Raju and Saddam took one wicket each.
