Three photojournalists of three daily newspapers were injured by rubber bullets fired by the police while covering official assignment related to the non-cooperation movement in front of the National Press Club in the capital at 1.00 pm on Sunday.
Among the injured journalists were The New Nation Senior Photo Journalist Moin Ahmed, Amader Shomoy’s PhotoJournalist Meheraz Raj, and Ajker Daink’s Photo-Journalist Nur Hossain Pipul.
The New Nation Senior Photo Journalist Moin Ahmed told that several journalists, including myself were hit by bullets. I has multiple rubber bullet injuries. We have received treatment from the Dhaka Medical College Hospital.
