Due to syndicate, many actors are not getting proper evaluation of their works. Many times, actors are hired for dramas, series, or movies based on the number of followers on social media.
It is often heard such complaints in the industry. Actress Nidra Dey Neha announced her quitting from acting, alleging such immorality.
Neha said on social media that talent and hard work are not valued in the industry. The value of work comes only from popularity, followers, or
being part of a syndicate.
Neha wrote on Facebook, “I’ve always wanted to be involved in art, culture, acting – all of these things. But unfortunately, the love I had for acting is constantly being destroyed due to injustice and devaluation.
I don’t want to be part of this dirty environment anymore.” Neha wrote, stating that she is not getting the proper appreciation despite her hard work, “I have worked hard to become a good actress for the past five years.
But because of the injustices that have happened to me, I can’t keep myself involved in anything now. My interest in this media industry is decreasing day by day. Most of the people here do not give proper value to their talent and hard work.
Those who are professional, competent, dedicated, and sincere in their work are not properly valued. Just because they are less popular or have fewer followers, or because they are not part of a syndicate, sometimes they are new, sometimes, due to not having a good relationship with the producers, they get stuck.
I’ve always wanted to work from the heart, with honesty and love. But these things aren’t valued much here.”
Neha said that she is becoming mentally ill overall. Because of this, she is unable to focus on the tasks at hands.
Neha’s journey in showbiz began in 2020 by participating in the Miss Universe competition. After working in several TV commercials, she made
her acting debut in 2023 with Gautam Koiri’s web film ‘Antonagar’.
After that, this young actress has been seen in dramas, series and movies. Earlier this month, Neha announced that she had joined the movie ‘Tandob’ starring Shakib Khan. Now it is heard that complications have arisen over this movie as well.
