NCC Bank holds 39th AGM

National Credit and Commerce Bank PLC has approved 12 per cent cash dividend for the year 2023 at its 39th annual general meeting (AGM) held on a virtually recently.
Chairman of the bank Md Abul Bashar presided over the meeting while vice-chair Sohela Hossain, director & former chairman Md Abdul Awal, former chairman & chairman of the risk management committee Md Nurun Newaz, director & former vice-chair Tanzina Ali, director Syed Asif Nizamuddin, director & past vice chairman Khairul Alam Chaklader, director Md. Moinuddin, director Mohammed Sazzad Un Newaz, independent director & chairman of the audit committee Md Obayed Ullah Al Masud, independent director Meer Sajed-Ul-Basher, former chairman SM Abu Mohsin, managing director & CEO M Shamsul Arefin and DMD & company secretary Md Monirul Alam along with a large number of shareholders joined the AGM virtually.
