Entertainment Report :
The police recently seized two films of the dark era from outside Dhaka.
The film was sent to the Bangladesh Film Certification Board. The members of the Certification Board were embarrassed to watch the ‘cut pieces’ associated the pornographic movie.
Members of the Film Certification Board watched two of the seized movies on Tuesday.
There was a complaint that the movie was being played with obscene ‘cut pieces’. Later the members of the Certification Board got its truth.
Khijir Hayat Khan, film director and member of the Film Certification Board, told media, “‘Cut pieces’ are so disgusting, which are not worth watching in any way. So much obscenity, nudity added with Bengali cinema is speechless. Those who have done such unsavory work should be brought under the law. We have seen both movies and expressed our opinions. We are of the opinion that it is necessary to pay attention to the fact that such movies are not played anywhere else.”
It is known that these movies were seized from two cinema halls named Rupa and Laboni outside Dhaka.
Actress Quazi Nawshaba Ahmed told this correspondent, “Watching these movies was embarrassing for me. A strangely absurd scene has been covered in a movie. Such movies are not for the audience of any civilised country.”
Nawshaba also said, “These movies are harmful to society. We have given the opinion showing reasonable reasons. Now freedom does not mean irresponsibility, but showing responsibility. We will definitely give importance to creative works. That movie will have some importance in the formation of the society.”
