Bangladesh Navy will take on Bangladesh Air Force in the Paragon Group Victory Day [V-day] Hockey’s final scheduled to be held on tomorrow at Maulana Bhasani National Hockey Stadium. The match will start at 2:30 pm.
In the day’s two semifinals was held on Saturday at the hockey stadium, Bangladesh Navy beat Hockey Players Welfare Unity by 4-1 goals in the first semifinal while Bangladesh Air Force thrashed Bangladesh Krira Shikkha Protishtan (BKSP) by 5-2 goals in the second semis.
Rasel Mahmud Jimmy, the inspirational Air Force skipper, made his way through the Hockey Players Welfare Unity defence in the 12th minute and cut the ball back to Din Islam who was obstructed just in front of the post.
