NATORE: Under the seasonal subsidy programme, Upazila Nirbahi Officer of Natore Sadar, Md. Arif Adnan, inaugurates the distribution ceremony of seeds and chemical fertilisers among small and marginal farmers free of cost on Sunday. The event was organised by the Department of Agricultural Extension in the Sadar upazila area.
