Keeping in mind the theme of “No one has social service on either side”, National Social Service Day was celebrated in Rangpur.
On the occasion of the day, on Thursday morning, the district administration and social service organized an open discussion on welfare state, tributes to martyrs and distribution of awards, and an open discussion meeting at the Shilpakala Academy auditorium.
Additional Divisional Commissioner of Rangpur Division Asaduzzaman was present as the chief guest in the organized program. Rangpur Metropolitan Police Commissioner Majid Ali (BPM), Additional Range DIG Sharif Uddin, Rangpur District Police Superintendent Abu Saim, Director of Divisional Social Service Office Zilufa Sultana were special guests.
