The 48th National B Chess Championship will begin today at Bangladesh Chess Federation hall-room. A total of thirty six players including three International Masters Mohammad Fahad Rahman, Md Minhaz Uddin and Abu Sufian Shakil, ten FIDE Masters, one Woman International Master are participating in the event. The event will be held in nine round Swiss-League system and nine players will qualify in the 4th National Chess Championship. Grandmaster Enamul Hossain, Grandmaster Ziaur Rahman, Grandmaster Niaz Murshed, Grandmaster Reefat Bin Sattar and Grandmaster Mollah Abdullah Al Rakib have been invited to participate directly in this event.
