On the occasion of National Local Government Day a rally and discussion session were held in Sapahar, Naogaon. The event was organised by the Upazila Administration and took place on Tuesday. The significance of the day was highlighted under the chairmanship of Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Selim Ahmed.
During the program, several prominent officials and local leaders addressed the occation. Among them were Assistant Commissioner (Land) Abida Sifat, Upazila Engineer Tahazzad Hossain, Fisheries Officer Shamim Hossain, Social Services Officer Delowar Hossain, Chairman of Sadar Union Parishad Sadikul Islam, Chairman of Aihai Union Parishad Ziauljaman Titu, Organizing Secretary of Upazila BNP Abdullah Ansari, Assistant Agriculture Officer Ataur Rahman Selim, and Secretary of Sadar Union Parishad Mahidul Haque Lipu.
The event was attended by officials from various departments of the Upazila, Union Parishad members, village police, media personnel, and other distinguished guests.
