Alamgir Hossain has recently joined Citizens Bank PLC as Managing Director. Prior to joining this bank, Hossain worked in Bank Asia PLC as Deputy Managing Director and Head of Corporate and Large Loan. His versatile career spanning about 28 years includes expertise in Retail, CMSME, Corporate Banking, Foreign Trade and Operations says a press release.
Hossain started his career in 1997 as Probationary Officer in Eastern Bank PLC. He joined Bank Asia PLC in 2005. In both the banks, he has performed responsibilities in different key positions in Branches, Business Divisions and Senior Management Team in Corporate Office.
