Ahsan Habib Nasim and Zakia Bari Mamo acted in a special drama titled ‘Abiram Devdas’ based on Badrul Anam Soud’s story for the upcoming Eid on Bangladesh Television. Talented director Juboraj Khan gave direction of the drama.
The shooting of this drama has been completed at various locations in Sreemangal.
Regarding talking about in this Eid drama, actor Ahsan Habib Nasim told this correspondent, “The story of the drama ‘Abiram Devdas’ is great. The playwright’s writing is to be applauded. And Juboraj Khan works with great confidence so his style of work is different. And his work is quite neat and tidy. Mamo is undoubtedly a talented actress. She is also a mature actress. In one word, she plays well. In this drama, we played the role of husband and wife. The understanding of the work of both of us is great because we have worked together before.”
It is noted that Nasim and Mamo last acted in the drama ‘Gontobbyohin’ under the direction of Rashidul Haque Pasha.
Mamo’s last released movie was ‘Ora 7 Jon’ directed by Khijir Hayat Khan.
She was praised for her performance in this movie.
