The service enables customers to carry out essential banking activities-such as fund transfers, MFS transfers, mobile recharge, and card and utility bill payments-using simple voice commands. This hands-free and intuitive experience is designed to enhance accessibility, convenience, and ease-of-use for all customer segments, particularly those seeking faster, touch-free digital interactions.
The new Voice-Assisted Banking feature is available in the latest version of the MTB Neo app, both on the Android Play Store and the iOS App Store platform.
