Moushumi pairs up with Apurba in Midnight Love

On the occasion of coming Valentine’s Day promising play director Tariq Muhammad Hasan has made a special telefilm titled Midnight Love. National Film Award winner actress and director Moushumi acted with viewers’ choice popular TV actor Ziaul Faruk Apurba in the telefilm.
Moushumi acted in role of a documentary filmmaker Sohani Khan, while Apurba played the role of assistant of a scientist named Nihad in the telefilm. Shooting of the telefilm began yesterday in the city’s Kawla area.
With facing some challenges Tariq Muhammad Hasan is making the telefilm. He wanted to cast Moushumi and Apurba though he also written story of the telefilm. It was really difficult to match shooting schedules of both Moushumi and Apurba. But director has done the job successfully.
While sharing her feelings to talk about the telefilm Moushumi told this correspondent, “I have liked the script. In fact, I have liked the concept of the story of the telefilm. After a long time I am working with Apurba. He remains same like previous time. He is a gentle actor. It seemed I was working with previous Apurba. As a director, Tariq is a newcomer. He is working in organized way. I believe viewers will like the telefilm.”
Apurba shared his feelings by this way, “Moushumi Apu is a legendary actress. It is really a great luck for me to get the opportunity to work with her again. I give thanks to director Tariq Muhammad Hasan in this regard.”
Director Tariq informed that the telefilm will be aired in any satellite channel on coming Valentine’s Day. Earlier under Omar Suni’s direction Moushumi acted with Apurba is a telefilm titled Rupali Prantor. It was aired in a channel few years ago.
Meanwhile, within very short days, Moushumi will start shooting of Kazi Hayat’s movie Ghum. Apurba acted only movie was Gangster Returns. Ashiqur Rahman made the movie. In New Year, Midnight Love will be Moushumi’s first work.
