Motivational Book by Saidul Islam, ‘Youth Empowerment and Skills Development’ Released

Entrepreneur and youth organizer Saidul Islam’s motivational book, Youth Empowerment and Skills Development, was published by Boinama Publications at the Amar Ekushey Book Fair. Safed Pantha designed the cover.

Speaking about the book, author Saidul Islam mentioned that the book focuses on youth involvement and participation in all aspects, including policy formulation, decision-making, policy implementation, and development. It emphasizes the necessity and strategies for empowering youth and enhancing their skills, which is essential for their personal development.

Publisher Rashedul Hasan stated that the author has been writing on youth empowerment for both national and international media. This book is a distilled version of those writings, and he hopes that readers will appreciate it.

Saidul Islam is the founder and CEO of Ristech Private Limited and Real Interior. He completed his undergraduate degree in Public Administration from Chittagong University and a Master’s degree in Governance and Development Studies from Jahangirnagar University. He is currently pursuing a PhD.

In addition to being an entrepreneur for the past seven years, he has been actively working on startups, the entrepreneurial ecosystem, youth empowerment, and SDGs. Since 2019, he has been conducting a Startup Reading Circle at the World Literature Center.

Outside of his professional and academic career, he works on youth empowerment, governance, development, and the environment through the Center for Governance and Development (CGD) and the Youth Platform for Sustainable Development (YPSD). He was also part of the official delegation that participated in the United Nations Environment Conference 2024 in Azerbaijan, alongside Chief Adviser Dr. Muhammad Yunus.
