When asked about the widespread response to the advertisement in a very short time, Mosharraf Karim told this correspondent, “I had this idea that if I got any kind of work like this, I would do it because I have done several awareness-raising activities before. I think as artistes we should do this kind of work from a place of responsibility.
I did this work out of that sense of responsibility, and I really enjoyed doing it.
I’ve been getting a lot of response since I came on the show. So the point is, if the reason or purpose for which the advertisement was created is successful, all of our suffering will be worthwhile and we will be inspired to do such work in the future.”
In addition to the content of the advertisement, Ripon Mia’s appearance with Mosharraf Karim has also received a huge response from netizens.
