More than 2,000 patients received medical services from Ibn Sina in Sylhet

Around 2,000 people received free medical services and medicines from specialist doctors in Osmaninagar, Sylhet.
A day-long free medical camp was organized on the premises of Mangalchandi Nishikant Government Model High School on Monday (October 27) morning by the courtesy of Ibn Sina Hospital Sylhet Limited.
More than two thousand people were provided health services in the free medical camp.
12 specialist doctors from different departments of Ibn Sina Sylhet provided medical services in the camp.
Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Sylhet District Nayeb-e-Ameer, Central Majlish-e-Shura member and MP candidate for Sylhet-2 (Bishwanath and Osmaninagar) constituency, Professor Abdul Hannan, inaugurated the free medical camp in the morning.
Educationist Jahedur Rahman Chowdhury, CMO of Ibn Sina Hospital Sylhet Major Mohammad Abdus Salam, AGM Marketing of Ibn Sina Hospital Sylhet Limited Obaidul Haque, former chairman of Fenchuganj Upazila Parishad Saifullah Al Hossain, former chairman of Khajanchi Union Parishad Muhammad Nizam Uddin Siddiqui, Amir of Osmani Nagar Upazila Jamaat Sohrab Ali, Headmaster of Mangalchandi Nishikant Government Model High School Md. Shahid Hasan, Nayeb Amir of Osmani Nagar Upazila Jamaat Rezwanur Rahman Chowdhury Shahin, In-charge of Ibn Sina Hospital Rikabi Bazar Mamun Sarkar also spoke the programme. Anwar Hossain, Mujibur Rahman, Abdul Qayyum also present the free medical camp.
The organizers said that earlier, the organizers had miked the area to get free medical services. Hearing the news, people from different villages of Tajpur Union of Osmani Nagar
Upazila came for treatment on Monday morning. More than 2,000 people registered to receive medical services. Medical services continued till 5 pm.
