The monthly coordination meeting of the Feni District Health Department was held on Wednesday. The meeting was held in the conference room of the Feni Civil Surgeon’s Office.
The meeting was presided over by Feni District Civil Surgeon Dr. Mohammad Rubaiyat Bin Karim.
The overall picture of the district’s healthcare was presented in the meeting. During this time, the activities and progress of all Upazila Health Complexes and field-level health departments were reviewed in detail.
The meeting was attended by Health and Family Planning Officers and their representatives of all Upazilas of the district, representatives of the Deputy Director of the Family Planning Department, officials of the Health Engineering Department, Medical Officers of the Civil Surgeon’s Office and Medical Officers of all Upazilas of the Disease Control Department.
In addition, Nursing Supervisors, Statisticians, MT EPI, Health Inspectors and NGO representatives also participated in the meeting.
In his speech, Civil Surgeon Dr. Mohammad Rubaiyat Bin Karim expressed satisfaction with the current situation of healthcare in the district and provided necessary guidance to all concerned to further improve the quality of services.
He emphasized the importance of delivering proper healthcare to the doorsteps of the common people at the grassroots level.
