The movie ‘Daymukti’ has been produced by Jasim Uddin, owner of Focus Multimedia, under the direction of Badiul Alam Khokon with government grant.
National Film Award winner popular singer Monir Khan lent his voice to a song written by Moniruzzaman Monir and music by Ali Akram Shuvo in this movie.
Producer Jasim Uddin informed that this song sung by Monir Khan will be enjoyed by the audience in lip synched by the Ekushey Padak winner noted actor Abul Hayat.
Apart from Abul Hayat, Dilara Zaman, Suchorita, Subrata, Saimon, Susmi Rahman, Samia Nahi and many others acted in the movie.
Regarding talking about rendering song in the movie, Monir Khan told this correspondent, “Sometimes there is so much harmony with the melody of some lyrics, it feels very good to sing that song. This song from the movie ‘Daymukti’ is a wonderful song. Even though I sang this song long ago, I still remember the song. I am very optimistic about the song. And the interesting thing is that my song will be lip synched by noted actor Abul Hayat Bhai. It’s really a different kind of love. Thanks to Jasim Bhai, because of his keen interest in singing this song. He was also very happy to hear the song. Best wishes for movie ‘Daymukti’.”
Producer Jasim Uddin said, “The censor clearance of the movie ‘Daymukti’ came to me long ago. I wanted to release the movie this year. But that’s not happening for now. However, there is a desire to release the movie at the beginning of next year.”
In the meantime, Monir Khan’s new song titled ‘Tomake Shudhu Bhalobashbo’ has been released on Monir Khan’s own YouTube channel, MK Music 24.
The song is written by Hafizur Rahman, composed by Milton Khondokar.
In the meantime, Monir Khan has performed music on a live music show on Global TV.
Diti Anwar also lent her voice with Monir Khan in the song.
The song titled ‘O Doyal Tomar Lila Bojha Day’ in voice of Monir Khan was released last month. The song is written and composed by Milton Khondokar.
