Commissioner of the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) Md Mohsin Chowdhury has been appointed its acting chairman, an official order said.
“Commissioner Md Mohsin Chowdhury has been appointed as the acting chairman of the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC),” said the office order issued by Financial Institutions Division (FID) under the Ministry of Finance on Sunday.
It said his appointment will be considered as effective on Saturday last as he will serve BSEC as acting chairman until further notice.
