Dhaka Mohammedan Sporting Club Limited will take on Rahmatganj MFS today in their seventh match of the Bangladesh Premier League Football at Martyr Dhirendranath Dutta Stadium in Cumilla. The match will kick-off at 2:45pm.
League leaders Mohammedan Sporting Club Limited collected maximum 18 points after playing six matches. The black-and-white out-fit are the only outfit, which remained unbeaten. It may be mentioned that Mohammedan were ousted from the Federation Cup Football recently.
On the other hand, Rahmatganj MFS breathing on Mohammedan’s neck in their BPL campaign as the Old Dhaka outfit gained 15 points from six matches. If Rahmatganj MFS win the Friday’s match they will level with Mohammedan. Mohammedan defeated Chittagong Abahani Limited 5-1 in their sixth match recently. On the other hand, Rahmatganj MFS thrashed Dhaka Wanderers Club 6-1 in the last match.
Besides, Mohammedan lost to Rahmatganj by a solitary goal in their Federation Cup clash in this venue recently.
Today Dhaka Wanderers Club will face Brothers Union at 2:45pm, while Bangladesh Police Football Club will meet Fortis Football Club at 2:45pm and Bashundhara Kings will take on Youngmens Club Fakirerpool at 5:30pm.
