UNB, Gazipur :
A schoolgirl who went missing from Bihaiduar village in Kapasia upazila was found dead on Friday evening.
Police recovered the body of Popi, 12, a Class-VI student of local Aral GL High School and daughter of late Mokhlesur Rahman, from a jhaubon near her house.
Popi used to live with her maternal grandmother at the house as her mother Lipi Begum is an expatriate. She went missing on the night of October 10.
Police suspected that miscreants killed the girl and dumped the body into the Jhaubon.
