Missing Chatra League leader’s body recovered after 25 days

After 25 days of disappearance in Kishoreganj, the police have recovered the melted body of a Chhatra League leader named Mokhles Uddin Bhuiyan (25).

Based on the information provided by the suspected detainees, the police conducted a two-day operation in Narsunda River in the town. Finally, on the second day of the operation, Tuesday afternoon, the police and fire service divers recovered his body.

The Officer-in-Charge (OC) in Kishoreganj Model Police Station, Md. Golam Mostafa confirmed the recovery of the missing body at 6 pm on Tuesday.

At that time, OC said that before the body was recovered, the lungi used by the deceased, the key of the rented house and the knife used in the murder were recovered from the scene.

The half-decomposed body was found floating in the Narsunda river around 4 pm. The body was recovered and sent to Syed Nazrul Islam Medical College Hospital (SSNIMCH) for autopsy.

Mokhleche’s elder brother made a general diary at Kishoreganj Model Police Station regarding the disappearance.

Then we start our activities in search of the missing. After a few days, a case of abduction was filed by the family of the missing person.

Then some of the suspects were detained and interrogated and they confessed to the murder. Mokhlesh was killed and thrown under the Narsunda River Footover Bridge, according to Mizan, who was later arrested.
