The Ministry of Public Administration has provided advice to apply for getting remedy of those officials who were deprived in their jobs during the Awami League regime from 2009 to August 4, 2024.
The ministry informed the development in a notification in this regard and asked to apply by September 30 of this year.
The ministry also asked to apply to the senior secretary of this ministry to draw attention of the additional secretary of the recruitment, promotion, posting section of the public administration ministry.
According to the notification, the decision was taken by the committee formed by the government to review the applications of the officials who were deprived of jobs and retired during the period from 2009 to 4 August 2024 under the Ministry of Public Administration.
During this time all retired officers who feel themselves deprived and expect remedy through this committee have been asked to apply stating the nature and reason of deprivation.
Those who have already applied with the senior secretary of the ministry, they have not need to submit a new application, also added in this notification.
