The funeral prayer of Fatema Aktar (09) who was a third grade student of Dhaka Milestone School and College at Uttara in the capital city of Dhaka met her tragic end in the plane crush incident occurred on Monday (July 21) afternoon was held in her native village at Kunia within Kalatala Union under Chitalmari Upazila in Bagerhat district was held in the premises of Kunia Kawmi Madrsa premises in Tuesday morning around 10 am and she was laid to the eternal rest in her family graveyard in the village, according to a delayed report received here.
It was attended by several thousand of the villagers of Kunia and it’s all the adjacent villagers who were overwhelmed with grief.
The late ill-fated Fatema Aktar was the daughter of one Bani Amin Sheikh, living in Quyet and Rupa Begum. Being informed of the tragic incident Bani Amin reached home on the same day at night.
After the plan crush the relatives of Fatema searched the College campus to find out her trace, but in vain.
Then they rushed to the Hospital where her dead body was identified and after the completion of the formalities the dead body was brought back to the village at the night.
At that time a hear-rendering situation and a loud lamentation were created there. The parents and the relatives cannot accept this death of Fatema Aktar. Fatema was the first among the three children of the parents.
