The Walton smart TV Dhaka Metropolis School Table Tennis Competition began on Saturday at the Shaheed Tajuddin Ahmed Indoor Stadium in the city.
Education Minister Nurul Islam Nahid formally inaugurated the five-day meet as the chief.
In the opening day’s opening boy’s team event matches, Dhanmondi Tutorial beat Baridhara Scholars Institution 3-1, Sunbeam International School defeated Australian International School 3-0, Summer Field School outplayed Westen School 3-2,
Delhi Public School defeated Saint Joseph School and College 3-0, Armanitola School over powered, Scholastica (green) 3-0 , Scholastica (red) beat Tarkis Hope 3-0 and Sunbeam outclassed ESS School 3-0.
