Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) on Friday predicted light rain is likely to occur at one or two places over three south and south-eastern divisions in the next 24 hours begins from this morning.
“Light rain is likely to occur at one or two places over Khulna, Barishal and Chattogram divisions. Weather may remain mainly dry with temporary partly cloudy sky elsewhere over the country,” said the forecast begins from 9am.
The Deep Depression over the Southwest Bay of Bengal and adjoining area moved north-northwestwards over the same area at 06am today.
It is likely to move north-northwesterly direction further. Its associated trough extends up to the North Bay.
