In addition to her leadership at Masco Overseas, Fahima Akhter is also involved in Masco Dairy and Masco Poultry Ltd. A graduate with an MBA from North South University, she has emerged as a successful female entrepreneur and dedicated social worker. Her contributions to industry and employment generation have been widely recognised. She received the CIP (Commercially Important Person) award in 2021 and the President’s Industry Development Award in 2020. She was also honoured with the National Productivity and Quality Excellence Award in 2021.
