MANIKGANJ: A Cub Carnival 2025 was held at the Singair Government Model Pilot High School in Singair Upazila, Manikgonj under the management of the Bangladesh Scouts Program Department recently. Bangladesh Scouts, Singair Upazila President and Upazila Nirbahi Officer Kamrul Hasan Sohag, Manikganj District Education Officer Md Amir Hossain, Upazila Secondary Education Officer ABM A. Hannan, AKM Arifur Rahman, among others, were present this carnival.
