The 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Lub-rref (Bangladesh) Limited was held at the auditorium of the Institution of Diploma Engineers Bangladesh (IEDB) recently. The meeting was attended by the Chairman, Managing Director, Directors, and senior officials of the company, along with a large number of shareholders.
During the AGM, a significant decision was made to rename the company from “Lub-rref (Bangladesh) Limited” to “Lub-rref (Bangladesh) PLC,” which was approved with overwhelming support from the shareholders. Senior officials expressed their optimism that this decision would serve as a key milestone for the company’s future growth and strategic direction.
The meeting also included discussions on the company’s financial performance, future business strategies, and the prospects of introducing new products.
