Joint forces have arrested Nasir Uddin aka Dakat Nasir (38), the mastermind behind the murder of Lt. Tanjim, a popular army officer in Cox’s Bazar. Nasir confirmed the army officer’s death by directly stabbing his throat.
On Saturday morning, an operation was conducted in Madhyam Kaharia Ghona area under Chakaria upazila of the district.
Dakat Nasir and his other accomplice Enam Dakat were arrested in the murder. At that time, two firearms and three rounds of ammunition were recovered from them by the joint forces.
