Information up to FY 2010-11 is available on IMED’s website. There was no fiscal year where the ADP implementation rate was less than 2%. The ADP implementation rate in the last financial year 2024-25 was 3.84%. The implementation rate in the previous fiscal year was 3.85%.

The government’s ADP allocation for the current financial year was Tk278,288.90 crore. IMED officials said that project officials are usually busy with preparatory work at the beginning of the financial year, due to this, the ADP implementation rate is low at the beginning of the financial year.

In addition, ADP has been implemented slowly due to the political unrest in July, the Bangla Blockade of anti-discrimination student movement and the non-discrimination movement.
