Low over Bay persists

UNB, Dhaka :
Deep convection is taking place over the North Bay due to strong monsoon. Squally weather may affect North Bay, adjoining coastal area of Bangladesh and maritime ports, said a Met office bulletin.
Maritime ports of Chittagong, Cox’s Bazar, Mongla and Payra have been advised to keep hoist local cautionary signal number three.
All fishing boats and trawlers over the north Bay have been advised to remain close to the coast and proceed with caution until further notice.
